With over 16 years in the retail industry—on both the buying and consulting sides—I help premium consumer brands expand into national retailers with precision and confidence. I specialize in driving growth within major retail channels, including key platforms like Target, Costco, Nordstrom, and Macy’s—across both e-commerce and strategic in-store opportunities.
Before launching CBY Consulting, I spent almost a decade as a corporate buyer and inventory manager for Fortune 500 retailers. I’ve sat in the buyer’s seat. I know how they think, how they evaluate brands, and what it takes to turn placement into performance.
I also understand what it takes as a founder—because I’ve lived it. I built a six-figure product business from the ground up, hands-on, and without shortcuts. That experience shaped how I advocate for the brands I represent—strategically, resourcefully, and always with a founder’s mindset.
